Nopea toimitus! Tuotepakkaus on helposti käsiteltävä. Ohjeiden lukemisen/ näkemisen jälkeen yksinkertainen kokoaminen. Tuote täyttää tämänhetkisen toiveen täysin. Jämäkkä ja laadukkaan oloinen.

The sofa is great. The delivery was a disaster.

The KOTA queen sofa is exactly as advertised: very beautiful, quite easy and quick to assemble (even on your own), very stable and robust. The colour of the fabric is very nice and exactly as advertised. I can't fault the product. Super!

The delivery, however, was terrible! After numerous update emails about the status of the transport through various European countries by email, there was never an exact announcement about the delivery time/room. In the end, I simply found a note in my letterbox after work (from GLS, of course!) saying that the delivery hadn't worked out. I then had to pick up the two large parcels (each approx. 150 x 40 cm, approx. 20 kg each) from a parcel shop/späti myself and hire a car. An outrage for this high-price product. So only 4 instead of 5 stars.
